How do I book access tickets? The Garrick Theatre hold a selection of seats for the specific needs of access patrons, subject to availability. Please contact access@nimaxtheatres.com or visit the Accessibility page for more details. Please note we do not currently have an induction loop system, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Are assistance dogs welcome?

Assistance dogs are welcome, please contact our Access team to book in advance.

If your dog will be joining you in the auditorium, we recommend booking an aisle seat for comfort.

A dog-sitting service is available for up to two dogs per performance, please request when booking.

Is there wheelchair access?

The Garrick Theatre offers step-free or wheelchair-accessible routes, though access may vary by venue and area.

• Wheelchair park and transfer positions are located in Dress Circle.
• Please arrive via the main entrance for assistance.
• We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the show to allow time for safe access.

Can I bring a carer or essential companion?

Do you provide accessible toilets and changing facilities?

Accessible unisex toilet in the Foyer Dress Circle level.
Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s toilets in the Stalls, Dress Circle and Grand Circle.

Are your bars accessible?

Bars are located in the Stalls, Dress Circle and Grand Circle.
Our team can assist you with drinks, snacks, and merchandise from your seat.

Are there hearing assistance systems?

A Sennheiser radio frequency hearing system is available (first come, first served).

Receivers:
• HDE 2020-D-II Stethoset (in-ear, with volume/channel control on screen)
• EK 2020-D-II neckloop (for use with headphones, earphones or T-coil enabled hearing aids)

Please note: Our system is not currently Bluetooth compatible.

The Garrick Theatre has access-trained staff and has a designated Access Host for each performance who will be happy to assist you.
